A single user can register to avail services using multiple contact numbers, but multiple users cannot register using single contact number.
A single user can register to avail services using multiple email IDs, but multiple users cannot register using single email ID.
While registering, users need to ensure they are sharing the right contact details (name, phone numbers, address, email ID) to avoid misplacement of order or delays in delivery.
Please ensure to use valid contact numbers or email IDs while registering as it would be used in the future for order deliveries.

A user will be eligible to receive home deliveries of goods only after becoming a registered user of Family Needs.
A user is eligible for home deliveries only after registering successfully.
By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, a user will be giving us permission to reach him or her within 10:00AM to 07:00PM.
By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, a user will be granting us permission to send out promotional emails to his/her registered email IDs.
Order Placement:
We urge the users to recheck and confirm the order before proceeding to payment options.
Orders once placed, can be modified only (and not cancelled).
Order once delivered cannot be cancelled by any means.
Any order above INR 400 will qualify forFree Home Delivery. Orders below INR 400 will be subjected to certain delivery charges.
Any order beyond the limit of Dhubri town will incur certain Delivery Charge; orders within Dhubri town will be delivered free till it qualifies minimum order amount as mentioned above.
For every order delivered, the bill will be sent through hard copy, registered phone numbers, and registered email ID. Users should always check the bills to confirm their respective orders.
A user can place multiple orders at the same time. However, each order will be considered as a single order.
Express Delivery:
Express Delivery ensure a super-fast delivery within 1-hour.
Any order can qualify for Express Delivery.
Within the limits of Dhubri Town: each Express Delivery order will incur a charge of INR 100.
Beyond the limits of Dhubri Town: each Express Delivery order will incur a charge of INR 100 along with usual delivery charges.
Payment:
At Family Needs, we accept Online, Card, UPI, Account Transfer (IMPS), and Cash payments.
Users can use all types of Debit, Credit, and other cards to make payments.
Family Needs provide highly secured online payment gateways and channels that does not store any customer data.
Family Needs urges all the users to not disclose their Card, UPI, or any other payment related details with any third person. In such cases, Family Needs cannot be hold responsible for any damages or loss.
Family Needs does not have any subsidiary branch or outlet other than the registered/official location. Users are requested to report any fraudulent activities by any third party.
For every ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders, users are requested to keep the exact amount of change to be paid to avoid any hassles.
Cancellation Policies:
Orders once placed or confirmed by the users, cannot be cancelled. However, the same order can be modified while keeping the total order value same or more.
Return Requests:
Return Request must be placed within 1 hour of order delivery.
Refund:
Payment once confirmed cannot be refunded. However, the same amount can be used on next purchase.
